By logging into the Sheakley Secure File Transfer Service Portal (hereafter referred to as the portal) you acknowledge the following: 1) That you are the user who you are logging in as and you have the rights and permission to do so if you are logging in as part of a corporation or business to conduct business with Sheakley. 2) Once you download any files from the portal the responsibility for keeping them secure and safe on the devices you have downloaded them is completely your responsibility. Sheakley will continue to ensure their security and safety on the Portal, but is not responsible for any copies you have downloaded. 3) The actions you undertake on the Portal are logged and tracked by IP Address, username and other identifying information.
